Excellent, thoroughly researched article, which shines a revealing light on our own dark times. The engineering of US boats getting blown up as a pretext to war seems to have become a common play.

Very good observation..

Wow...It just hit me...they used the same tactic/method with Pearl Harbor, but in a grander, more patriotic manner.

Change my comment to "GREAT observation" Gary!!

They also did it either Vietnam or Korean war, reports of two ships sank, when only was. It came out recently that the US government lied about this...

Yup, it was Vietnam and the Gulf-of-Tonkin.

On Aug 2nd, the USS Maddox & USS Turner Joy, had come under attack by Vietnamese Torpedo boats, but repelled them and withdrew from their patrol area.

The following day, the two ships returned to the area and received a message, indicating that the North Vietnamese forces were planning offensive operations on the Tonkin Gulf.

On Aug 4th, in bad weather, Capt. Herrick, Capt. of the Maddox, believed they were again picking up SONAR blips from advancing enemy vessels. They called for support from the aircraft carrier USS Ticonderoga.

James Stockdale (remember Ross Perot's running mate) was a pilot off the Ticonderoga, he and others overflew the U.S. ships in question and reported seeing no enemy attack on the U.S. vessels.

He stated "I had the best seat in the house to watch that event, and our destroyers were just shooting at phantom targets — there were no PT boats there…nothing there but black water and American firepower"

Captain Herrick too, began to have doubts about these attacks. He soon realized that the vessels they were tracking on the Maddox may have actually been the result of poor equipment performance and inexperienced sonar operators. In fact, the Turner Joy had not detected any torpedoes during the entire event.

Of course LBJ, used this non-event, to pull America into nearly 10 years of involvement in the Vietnam War, an estimated 2 million Vietnamese civilians killed, 1.1 million North Vietnamese and Viet Cong soldiers killed, up to 250,000 South Vietnamese soldiers killed, and more than 58,000 American soldiers killed.

And people doubt whether global players and leaders, would orchestrate a plandemic, to further their agendas and power.

Here's the very good article, I pulled some of the above points from.

“It is the first week of August, 1964, and U.S. warships under the command of U.S. Navy Admiral George Stephen Morrison have allegedly come under attack while patrolling Vietnam’s Tonkin Gulf. This event, subsequently dubbed the ‘Tonkin Gulf Incident,’ will result in the immediate passing by the U.S. Congress of the obviously pre-drafted Tonkin Gulf Resolution, which will, in turn, quickly lead to America’s deep immersion into the bloody Vietnam quagmire. Before it is over, well over fifty thousand American bodies – along with literally millions of Southeast Asian bodies – will litter the battlefields of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia.”

Thanks for the link Dawn.

That whole orchestrated counter culture, is such a deep rabbit hole with a million twists and turns. I may need to revisit it...only was able to do like 3 days worth of digging (spread over a week...so not 24 hour binges) and truly got lost in all the switch backs, crossing paths and characters involved. You almost have to make a wall sized flow chart to keep things strait.

There was no doubt in my mind, that the CIA/regime was behind the start of the drugged counter culture. Gathering the kindling in a nice neat pile, striking a match and then stepping back and letting the fire grow on it's own. They made sure to have people tending the fire and adding fuel where needed, but those that were drawn to it, were quite capable of keeping it going and taking it in new directions.

Keep a society off balance and in chaos and you can easily control them. When they get too unruly, you inject financial strife, a war, drugs, crime, porn and sexual deviance into their midst and they self implode...and forget all about the string pullers.

It's so much easier for them to do today...after their creation of social media. They can adjust societal temperaments and moods, simultaneously with a handful of posts and tweets.

As a citizen of Perfidious Albion, I appreciate your insight into a part of history I had been ignorant of but note, our questionable contribution!

Rinse and repeat throughout history. Talking of which, allow me to wish you and yours a very Merry Christmas and a Joyful and Adventuresome New Year.

Thank you Zarayna!

I too was ignorant of this part of orchestrated history, but not at all surprised. I became a hard skeptic of all things establishment and regime, during the Clinton Era and the Scamdemic, just conformed all my tin foil hat theories, since then.

Thank you for the Christmas wishes...it always brings a smile, when I wish someone a Merry Christmas...and they are caught off guard...like I handed them a $1000 bill.

I hope you have a Merry Christmas as well. May the new year bring some enlightenment and peace.

My new years resolution is finishing Part 2. It is a struggle to pick what gets included or cut...and have it be relevant and useful....and not a 5 hour read. 😴

EXCELLENT review of many things!

My eyes were opened some years back when I read Howard Zinn's "A People's History..."

You've done a fantastic job here, and my hat is off to you!!!! Nothing you've said here strikes me as in any way untrue, in as far as other accounts I have read, and a fair amount of it is new to me, in a lot of the details.

The evil of this kind of aggression is what brings us to our current hell...

It's time to put this sort of perversion of power out of commission FOR GOOD, both literally, and in an historical context as well. THANK YOU!! I'm looking forward to reading Part 2,

and also

Happy Holidays to you!
