Absolutely agree on all counts Florence.

I am only highlighting this miasma, currently on the progressive, sexual issues vanguard, because very soon it will be replaced by pedophilia. It's the next step..

My hope is, by trying to draw attention, gain allies and build momentum, before that fight gains a foothold, there's a chance of keeping it at bay...and I'm talking about the normalization of pedophilia here.

I'm fortunate to not have kids, so these matters only incense me from a standpoint of the innocent and defenseless kids being preyed upon and assaulted, with no hope of rescue from a daily hell.

It's F'ing not right and I refuse to sit by idly or quietly.

I appreciate the comment and you taking the time to share your thoughts.

Oh, that's definitely true. I didn't even realize how f'd up this stuff had become until last year, so awareness is key. You're going to have to fight the general pornification of society here, though, since that's also a big, big contributor to the normalization of paedophilia (there have been girl's shirts with Playboy logos on them for ages now, and by "girls" I mean literally. It's all connected).

You might want to connect with anti-porn, anti-sex trafficking radfems like Gail Dines and Robert Jensen, though I have no idea if they have a social media presence. They probably do have some kind of presence, though.

And yes, I 100% agree with the anti-pedo stance. Just seriously. What in the actual fu*k, right? Never imagined this would be a thing.

Agreed, who would have thought, there would be people advocating for this, much less parsing it into benign splinters...Pedo's who don't molest kids, pedos who only view kiddi porn, pedos who want nothing to do with kids but have and advocate for legalization/owner ship protection of child sex dolls and then the ever present I was made this way and should be a protected and special class or "sexual orientation". Of course all these groups say they would never touch a child and those that do are "bad".

What the fuck indeed!!!

While I have no proof, I truly think this is a larger, cabal/cult, underground practice, where the pristine, vaunted elites, celebs and politicos are all in. I said in a post - pedophilia is a leverage tool...mutual destruction or protection. It's the ultimate control mechanism, for those involved. Epstein made the existence of a larger, elite based trafficking's ring, a very real possibility.

My solution to this is a bit drastic.

Everyone who advocates for this debased atrocity to be normalized, needs to go through the following:

They are told of the horrors of being sexually assaulted as a child, by survivors of childhood sexual abuse and those who were sold into the sex trade. They are then told, for the next 30 days they will get to live those same horrors and experiences. From there they are taken to a Supermax and put in Genpop. All the inmates will have been told that these people support pedophiles and the legalization of child molestation and are fair game. After that they spend 30 days being raped and sodomized, as many times as the inmates care to, After the 30 days, they are released and can decide, if they still want to support the cause or movement.

Probably a bit over the top, but I think it would change some minds.

The trans-stuff, while a shit-show of it's own, is the grooming vehicle for the pedophilia.

Whereas I can sympathize with the impulse toward "an eye for an eye", this strikes me as perhaps unwise on three fronts:

1. The people advocating for this are not all naïve. I bet you the horror stories would be wank material for at least a few of them (indeed, some women at rape crisis shelters have reported men identifying as women who just show up and listen creepily), so this would not have the effect you are hoping for.

2. This type of punishment would subvert our current rule of law and essentially legalize rape, provided the victims are criminals of some stripe (and in this case, you refer to advocates only, not strictly molesters, so this means thought crimes are now crimes). These are both very slippery slopes.

3. Now that you have given the state the greenlight for persecution of thought crimes and rape as punishment, you now have to trust the state will not abuse its power and go after its enemies and dissenters in this way. Do you actually trust the state? I certainly don't. This type of power cannot be given to any ruling body because it will promptly be abused (and consider: what kind of people are our current ruling elite?).

As emotionally dissatisfying as the solution is, the best we can do is create very strong rule of law and engender intense social shaming and ostracism (i.e. the traditional way) to keep the believers in line and the criminals in jail (or chair 'em, I guess. I'm not ethically against the death penalty, but this one has the same problem of giving power to the state. It's complicated.)

I can't believe I had to write up a comment on this topic in 2023 under a pen name. My god, the world really is on fire, isn't it? I'd like to wake up now. For real. Christ.

On your last point...yes how crazy our world has become, when it is risky or dangerous, for people to say "this is all wrong" and call for consequences.

Yes I would say chair 'em...I have no issue with the death penalty. For me it serves 3 purposes. It delivers consequence for a deserving action, justice not only for the victims/families but society as a whole and it removes the offender, which guarantees they won't offend again. And just to be clear, I am talking crimes of rape, sodomy, molesting and torture of women and children.

On to the trusting the government - no I do not - however, I don't trust them now and they are screwed up and screwing us - ten ways from Sunday already. That will never change - because it is the government. Would I be ok with them rounding up these groomers and tossing them in jail - yup. The crux for me is getting the corrupted and compromised law makers, to see this as a crime. They're too busy taking bribes and making deals or are part of the larger elites' pedophile ring of control and leverage.

Thought crime - I don't look at the active grooming - which is all the programs and efforts we see as "thought" - it's action.

Much like the stereotypical dirty perv, sitting in his house "just" thinking about children and wanking - to him donning a trench coat and flashing at the playgrounds. This all is no longer thought, at the lower levels.

Once they start actively sexualizing kids, then the gloves come off and I will agree with just about anything, that puts them in jails or under them.

I agree with you, in order to get to a place where we (collectively) see these actions as grooming and crimes, we - the common masses - need to bring back some universally agreed upon standards, of what is acceptable and what is not. Hell even if we could just all agree to leave the kids alone when it comes to anything sex related. Until we can do so, we wont get laws past and there will be soft or no response to this.

We've lost any sort of moral baseline, in todays world.

Going back to the larger observation, of your last 2 sentences. I can't believe we are having to debate (globally), if this sexualization of kids is a good or bad thing. There have always been perverts or those with issues - who prey on women and children - but this capture is on an epic scale. I would imagine this is what Sodom and Gomora would be like, if we traveled back in time and walked those streets. The norm are the perverts and the abnormal are those who are pointing out, that it's bad.

I love the tern of phrase "Chair 'em", that's a great coffee mug or bumper sticker, waiting to be made.

Thanks Florence!

By the way, you are correct about the porn and it's consumption and acceptance, being a huge stumbling block. I'll check out the names you suggested. I found a great source in Genevieve Gluck's work and Reduxx.info.

She is making the link between the Trans movement and many of the "founders" who were/are either pedophiles or pushed the premise that the sexualization of children and pedophilia should be embraced and is normal (sexologists and psychiatrist).

Unfortunately, in order to stay in and thrive in the education sector (and I include academia here) or any other white collar, traditionally middle class job, you have to be a believer. Even worse, I think most of the younger generations actually do truly believe this is for the best. After all, they have to get rid of the four olds: old ideas, old culture, old customs, old habits. Those in their 30s and 20s, in positions of power, seem incredibly enthusiastic about anything LGBTQ+ and since their egos and entire identities as Good Progressives are tied up to it, there won't be any budging.

Really, it might be a good idea to look at moving a non-Westernized country, if you can swing it. It's not the best, but I suspect the West is done and things are going to get much, much worse. The only exception I can think of in the Anglosphere is TERF Island, but they're pretty economically f'd up so it might not be the best move ever.
