I definitely agree all the BS they’re promoting works together on some level but I say it is all planned and we’re dealing with the most clever liar and deceiver who weaves all the evil implementations together in the craftiest way possible. Satan knows what he’s doing to make it all fall like dominoes. He’s carefully thought through all his moves on the “chessboard of deception” as I’ve heard it called.

To answer your initial question of "Is it just me or does it seem like our CT’s (conspiracy theories), become their playbooks?", the answer is the same as why writing a book about dangerous mushrooms is also a guide to dangerous mushrooms.
Also the immutable law of technology: all technology in existence always gets used to its inherent physical limit, before artificial limits are imposed for whatever reason. Just consider what came first of the automobile, good roads, traffic lights and seatbelts. Not to mention driver's licenses: when grand-dad applied for his license the test consisted of him driving the local sheriff around town for half an hour after which the sheriff testified to the mayor that grand-dad was a reliable and responsible driver.
Finally, consider Eisenhower: "Plans are useless, but planning is essential". That's making it look like vast conspiracies are in effect. In reality, it is interconnected layers of planning for eventualities getting enacted when the conditions are right.
But the human mind cannot but help see patterns and try to creat order, and our intellect wants causality to be evident and predictable.
This doesn't mean groups of humans can't or won't create planning together or act together, but think of all work-related groups and meetings and projects you've ever been involved in. Then consider the personality-traits and types among the careerists in corporations and state-administration.

Corporate capture of agencies, plus organisations loaded with egotistical rational-choice driven narcissists means that everyone will act in their own self-interest for max-profit/min-risk, and that in turn means always follow orders and always take the easy path, not do the right thing.
There's no "Order: Zero" in corporations or state administration after all.
